All the Nordic Swan-labeled apartments: • are designed for seniors • are architect-designed for the best possible layout of the apartment sizes • have at least one balcony or terrace attached • are accessible to people with limited mobility • located near the town center and yet close to nature • have kitchen and bathroom facilities bearing the Svane label A monthly fee of 50 DKK is charged to the tenants' association, which provides access to the use of the various shared facilities.
