If you need to travel outside Copenhagen, the motorway is also nearby, making it easy to get around Copenhagen and the surrounding area. If you use public transport, buses, the S-train and, not least, Ny Ellebjerg Station—which is now called København Syd—are also close by. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building constructed in 2006. The building is very attractive and well maintained, and there is an elevator, so you can easily and conveniently get to your apartment. The apartment has a lovely, bright entrance hall with plenty of room to hang coats and put your shoes, access to the bathroom on the left, a large bedroom facing Folehaven, a spacious kitchen-dining area with a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, and the apartment’s second large and spacious bedroom. There are French doors between one of the bedrooms and the living/dining area, but these can easily be kept closed if you prefer. Both bedrooms are exceptionally large and spacious. The bathroom has a washing machine, a lovely vanity unit, a toilet, a separate shower enclosure and a window. The kitchen is white and attractive, and comes with all appliances, including a dishwasher, of course. The apartment has a lovely large balcony facing the courtyard, so you can enjoy peace and quiet there. A storage room is, of course, included with the rental. The apartment will be ready for occupancy on October 1, 2026. Pets are not allowed in the rental, and permission cannot be requested. There is an option to rent a private parking space in the property’s courtyard. There is, of course, an EV charging station in the parking area.
