Senior Housing by the Kolding River with Community and Shared Facilities

Location The senior cohousing community is centrally located in downtown Kolding by the Kolding River. There is a bus stop right outside the building, and parking garages, grocery stores and pedestrian streets are all within 200 metres. The home is part of a safe and active senior cohousing community, where shared activities contribute to a pleasant and meaningful everyday life. Events include an Easter lunch, St. Martin’s Eve dinner and Christmas lunch. Video door entry system All homes have a video door entry system with a screen, so you can see who is ringing the building’s front doorbell. The home The home comprises an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen-living room. It has a ventilation system and white goods. A storage room in the basement is included, and bicycle parking is available. The rental does not have a patio or balcony, but you can use the large, covered communal terrace. Senior cohousing community facilities The building has an elevator, a shared covered outdoor area by the Kolding River and a 73 m² communal house on the ground floor. The common room has a kitchen, toilet and shower, and is used for activities such as communal singing, gymnastics, yoga, sewing, parties and other social events. It is also possible to borrow the communal house for your own events. Parking and charging It is possible to rent a dedicated parking space in the underground car park. 11 kW charging stations have been installed at the property. Pets One pet per home may be approved, provided it does not cause a nuisance to the other tenants. Utilities Water is billed as an advance payment together with the rent. Heating and electricity are billed directly by the utility companies. Move-in is possible between 15 November and 1 February 2027.
