At Vonsild Bakke in Kolding, a new, large residential project with 143 single-storey townhouses in various sizes is being built. The homes have 2–5 rooms and are therefore suitable for singles, couples, families and seniors alike. All townhouses have an inviting kitchen-dining area. Each home has its own private garden and terrace. Some townhouses also have a private parking space, while others have access to shared parking close to the home. All homes have a shed, and some also have a small storage room indoors. Appliances The homes are equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
