Community and life between the homes The former gymnasium has been carefully renovated, preserving the history of the area. Today, it provides a setting for sports and activities for both residents and the local community. The new community house, built using recycled materials from the old school, serves as a meeting place. It includes communal rooms, a kitchen, a guest room and space for creative activities – a place where relationships are formed and communities grow. The homes are organised into three clusters with green courtyards. Private gardens and balconies open onto communal areas with fruit trees and biodiverse planting, creating life between the homes all year round.
