Terraced houses with terrace and communal facilities

The department comprises 124 terraced houses distributed in Jebjerg, Breum, Selde, Durup, Glyngøre and on Fur. The dwellings were mainly built in the 1980s and all have a terrace/garden. In 2024 the homes on Præstemarken and Sdr. Allé in Breum, on Nr. Allé in Jebjerg and Tingagervej 1-7 and 34-40 on Fur were fully renovated internally. Each apartment is connected to fiber broadband, so agreements for TV, internet, etc. can be made directly with various providers. The housing association has 3 guest rooms and a community hall in the town of Skive, which can be rented by all residents.
