Birkevænget was built in 1972, while Engtoften dates from 1990. Both villages are close to Nr. Snede. Here, you can choose between homes with 1, 2 or 3 rooms. Birkevænget has carpet underlay and painted ceilings. The homes also have a washing machine in the bathroom. In Engtoften, the floors are fitted with parquet, and the ceilings have wooden slat panels. The kitchens have cabinet units, a cooker and a refrigerator. The bathrooms are fitted with a toilet, washbasin and shower. All homes have their own terrace and storage room. There are shopping facilities in both villages. The local area Nature and village charm in the heart of Jutland Ejstrupholm and Gludsted are charming villages with nature close by. Ejstrupholm has a primary school and various associations. Both towns are close to Nr. Snede and belong to Ikast-Brande Municipality. Appliances: Cooker, extractor hood and refrigerator Parking: Associated parking area Special letting criteria Under Section 60(1) of the Danish Act on Non-Profit Housing, etc., a cooperation agreement has been entered into between Ikast-Brande Municipality and the housing organisation. The agreement means that commuters may be offered a non-profit family home outside the ordinary waiting list. Commuters are understood to be persons who work in Ikast-Brande Municipality for at least 28 hours per week and whose residence is outside Ikast-Brande Municipality. Applicants who meet the special criteria may be offered a maximum of 3 homes with commuter priority. Applicants must register themselves via the housing organisation’s website, where they must provide information about their employment and the municipality in which their current residence is located.
