The building complex was established in 1988/90 and contains 38 residences in both low-rise and high-rise buildings. Several of the homes are single-story, and most have a small front yard and a larger backyard. The area is very child-friendly with its own nature playground. The department is located on a closed road, just a short walk from Nordals School and Nordborg city.
