Two-storey townhouse in a modern cohousing community

There are 26 bright, two-storey townhouses with terraces. The townhouses are approximately 110 m² and have five rooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor contains the kitchen/dining area/living room, with the living room counting as one room. The bathroom has a laundry tower with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor, there is another bathroom and four rooms. Each townhouse comes with a parking space and a storage shed. A home's area is typically stated as its total gross floor area (BBR), which includes walls and, in the point blocks, common areas such as staircases. The floor plans show the approximate square meterage of the rooms. This is the so-called floor area—that is, the space available for furniture and fittings. Two homes with the same floor area may have different gross floor areas. Please note that the wall-to-wall measurements shown on the floor plan do not take into account built-in fittings such as cupboards, kitchen units, internal staircases, etc. Each home has a kitchen, bathroom, etc., as in a regular rental home. When you move in, the following appliances are provided: built-in induction hob, built-in oven with pyrolytic cleaning function, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. As a resident, you may make changes to your home, but you may not, for example, remove or build walls. You must apply for approval before making any changes, and the home must be restored to its original condition when you move out. There is underfloor heating throughout the home. If you need to put up a small wire fence around your terrace, for example to keep your dog in, this is possible. Please ask us for advice before putting it up. Awnings or other permanently fixed coverings, aerials or satellite dishes may not be installed. Paving or planting may not be altered without the landlord's approval. When you move in, a fibre-optic connection will be in place. You choose which provider you want to use and take care of the practical arrangements yourself. Smoking tobacco and any other form of smoking or nicotine consumption is not permitted in the homes, the communal house, the rooftop terrace or the orangery. The lease term is unlimited. Rent increases in accordance with the net price index. Most of the townhouses have a parking space directly in front of the home. Some townhouse residents, as well as residents of the apartments in the point blocks, can park close to their homes in the communal area. If you have an electric car, there will be several charging stations in our parking areas. If you live in a townhouse with a parking space in front of the door, you can also have a charging outlet installed for your home at your own expense. Guests visiting the landlord's residents should use the parking spaces provided in the area. One pet weighing no more than 15 kg is permitted per tenancy, provided it does not cause a nuisance to other residents. Pets include dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Please note that you must apply to the landlord for permission to keep a pet before moving in or acquiring one. Pets are not permitted in the communal house, guest rooms or orangery.
