The homes are laid out with an open kitchen/dining/living area, a bathroom, and a utility room or niche with appliances and a washer. The roofs are pitched, which provides extra ceiling height in the home's central room, where tall windows ensure a beautiful influx of light. Each house includes a terrace and a storage shed.
