In the lovely Vævestue, 27 newly built apartments have been created, where everyone can enjoy the beautiful communal areas. These communal spaces provide a setting for activities with fellow residents in a safe and welcoming environment. Vævestuen is part of the former Nordisk Tekstil, which has been transformed into state-of-the-art apartments with high ceilings, a sense of community and plenty of comfort. All apartments have an indoor courtyard with direct access from the apartment. You enter a lovely, bright kitchen-dining area, the heart of the apartment. From here, there is access to the bathroom and two rooms. Both rooms have direct access to the apartment’s private courtyard. The living room opens onto a wonderful balcony, with plenty of space for flowers and a small table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun. Each apartment also has a storage room adjoining it. All apartments are equipped with all major appliances, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. As this is a senior cohousing community, applicants must be over 50 years old to be considered for a rental. Residents may not have children living at home or pets.
