Newly built rentals in Virkelund – room for every stage of life

Phase 3 of the newly built apartments in Virkelund is now available and includes one of three residential blocks in Samværet, called Langbordet. Here, singles, couples, families and mature adults can find their home with private surroundings and room for community. In the first phase, 47 homes are on offer: 2-room apartments from 70 m², 5-room apartments of 130 m² and terraced houses of 128-136 m². The homes have bright rooms, good layouts and kitchens with all major appliances. All have a balcony or terrace, and parking spaces can be rented. Shared rooms, multipurpose rooms and an open-plan kitchen/living area in each block provide settings for both everyday life and community. The photos are from a show home.
