The 3rd phase in Virkelund comprises one of three residential blocks in Samværet, called Langbordet. In the first phase, 47 homes are offered: 2-room apartments from 70 m² up to 5-room apartments of 130 m², as well as townhouses of 128–136 m². Modern, bright apartments with functional layouts, kitchens with appliances and communal rooms with a multipurpose room and kitchen/dining area.
