In 2021, 17 modern public housing units were built and put into use as of July 1st that year. The apartments are distributed with 6 units on the ground floor and 11 on the first floor with living space on the second floor. There are a total of 16 three-room apartments and 1 two-room apartment. The homes are located close to the city center, the harbor, the cinema, and all the attractive facilities the city has to offer.
