Ankomstpladsen marks the entrance to Aalborg's popular neighborhood Eternitten, where there is plenty of life and an urban atmosphere. You are a short distance from bus connections, the highway, fitness facilities, grocery stores and much more. At Ankomstpladsen you can choose between 134 modern 1-, 2- or 3-room rental apartments with good natural light and a raw aesthetic. The majority of the apartments are fitted with raw concrete walls and newyorker-glass walls, which create a great framework for personal interior design. The homes have a bright, Nordic look with Colorado Oak floors and white walls, while the striking black window frames provide an exciting contrast. The sleek kitchen is placed as the apartment's natural focal point. The bathroom has a simple design with dark gray tiles, a shower niche with glass walls and space for a washer-dryer stack. As a tenant, you must supply your own washing machine and tumble dryer. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or roof terrace depending on the floor. There is an elevator to the upper floors, including the penthouse apartments. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, and each apartment includes a storage room in the basement. There is an option for temporary surface parking (for a fee – the price has not yet been set). In the long term, a parking garage will be built on the neighboring plot.
