Snerlevænget, Ringsted
About this home
Room for family life – move-in from 1 September 2027
Here you’ll find a modern rental home of approx. 108 m² with five rooms spread over two floors. The shared living areas are on the ground floor, while the first floor contains the four rooms. This layout creates a natural balance between spending time together and having privacy, making the home well suited to a family that needs space and flexibility.
Homes in Hulemarken also include a selection of premium homes with a particular focus on spaciousness, materials and overall impression. These feature either herringbone floors or a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen-dining area. This home has herringbone floors, adding a warm and exclusive touch.
The natural gathering place of the home
The kitchen, dining area and living room are combined in a large, open-plan living space on the ground floor. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa area, and the open layout creates an airy feel and a natural flow between the spaces.
The kitchen is an integrated part of the living space, making it easy to spend time together, even while preparing meals. The size of the room offers several furnishing options, with space for both a dining area and cosy seating zones.
The open-plan layout provides an ideal setting for both active everyday life and cosy gatherings with guests.
Space for both peace and activity
The home’s four rooms are on the first floor. The largest is well suited as a bedroom and has built-in wardrobes with storage space. The other rooms can be furnished as children’s rooms, a home office or a guest room.
The four separate rooms give everyone the opportunity to have their own space, and the home can easily be adapted if your needs change. Their location upstairs also creates a separation from the shared areas on the ground floor.
Practical layout from the entrance to the utility room
From the entrance, there is easy access to the rest of the home. The separate utility room provides space for everyday practical tasks, while a storage room beside the living area provides additional storage.
There is a bathroom on each floor. The ground-floor bathroom is close to the entrance, while the first-floor bathroom is centrally located between the rooms. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located here.
The layout makes good use of the home’s floor space, creating a spacious, well-organised home with a clear division between shared areas and private rooms.
Outdoor living and great facilities
Two terraces and a private garden offer great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, whether you prefer morning coffee or relaxing in the sun. The home also includes a garden shed, bicycle parking and one dedicated parking space in the shared car park. Additional shared parking is also available.
