3-room apartment of 98 m² for rent in Sydhavn – Etta Camerons Vej, 1st floor

Live close to the water in Sluseholmen, the new part of Sydhavn. The area has a modern feel, with many small bridges connecting the buildings and good access to Teglholmen, among other places. The apartments, from 2 to 5 rooms, are laid out to make the most of every square metre, and they feature lovely details such as wide oak plank floors, a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and major appliances. The courtyard is designed so you can enjoy the sun, and in the middle there is a raised platform created for events or parties. The area offers plenty of opportunities for running, cycling and water sports. It is possible to rent a parking space. NB: The photos are from a show apartment.
