A new residential area in Ringsted The new residential area is being built in stages and will comprise 132 homes. The first stage is expected to be ready for move-in in late summer 2027. There will be single-storey homes of 79, 81 and 97 m², as well as two-storey homes of 100–122 m². Information about the project is updated regularly as construction progresses. You can sign up for an interest list to receive updates, including when floor plans are ready, rentals begin and open house events are held at the construction site.
