The building housed one of Frihavnen's first industrial companies and has given its name to the area. The apartments vary in size and number of rooms, with large windows and access to recessed balconies. The floor plans vary; common features are bright stairwells, an entrance with cupboards and a central kitchen and living area. All dwellings have a storage room in the apartment or the basement and the option to rent a common room. Photos show a sample apartment.
