The apartment consists of a spacious, partially open-plan kitchen-dining area, where the kitchen is partly screened off by a wall with a large opening at the side. The kitchen is newer and has a dishwasher. The living room is fairly large, with space for a large sofa area, a dining table, etc. The windows let in plenty of light, and there is a good view. In addition, the apartment has a bedroom that already has a wardrobe. There is also room for a desk, as well as a good-sized bed. The apartment is fitted with sliding doors, making it accessible and senior-friendly. There are no thresholds either, including at the entrance to the apartment’s bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine and a shower enclosure with folding shower doors, so they take up less space when folded away. There is also plenty of floor space. In the basement, there is a communal laundry room that can also be used free of charge. There is free parking outside the building, but spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as there is not one parking space for every apartment. The area has good connections to Aalborg via the Limfjord Bridge, the Culture Bridge and Lindholm Station. The district also offers recreational opportunities at Nørresundby Brygge, in green spaces and along the paths around Lindholm Høje.
