Development (Fredensgade) Fredensgade consists of family homes and 3 student homes. The homes are single-storey terraced houses built in 1989, each with its own manageable garden. The homes are centrally located in Gelsted, close to shops, a school, childcare facilities and the regional train running between Odense and Fredericia. Location The development is located in the centre of Gelsted, close to shopping facilities and public transport. Gelsted is situated between Ejby and Aarup, in Middelfart Municipality, approximately 30 km west of Odense. The homes The homes have either 2 or 3 rooms. They are equipped with a cooker and refrigerator, and are heated by district heating. There is a carport for 2 homes. The residents There is a diverse mix of residents, including young people, older people and families. The development has a good sense of community among neighbours. At the annual meeting for all residents, decisions are made about all matters concerning the management of the development, rent and more. Arrange your home as you wish You may alter the layout of the home, but you must first notify us of your wishes regarding changes to the home. When you move out, you may receive compensation for improvements that you have paid for yourself. Maintenance The development is well maintained. The development's caretaker maintains the shared green areas and carries out minor repairs in the homes. There is also an operations manager attached to the development who handles its ongoing maintenance. Pets: 1 pet allowed
