Lovely 4-room apartment in Aalborg SØ

Are you looking for an inviting place to live, where you can enjoy nature while still being close to the city's facilities? Then our housing estate at Beatesmindevej/Hellevangen is an ideal choice for you. One of the great advantages of living here is the beautiful nature surrounding the area, with short distances to green areas, paths and woodland – which your four-legged friends will certainly appreciate too. As the largest housing estate of the landlord, you will find a wide selection of functional apartments designed for both small and large families, couples and singles. In the larger homes you get a separate entrance to the utility room, which can be a particularly good advantage for families with small children who need to be unpacked from their snowsuits after a trip to the playground. It is also possible to enjoy the morning or evening sun on the balcony, which comes with all the homes. For car owners there is an option to rent a carport or garage, and free parking as well as charging stations for electric and hybrid cars are offered. For those without a car, there is easy access to public transport (the bus stop is right next to the estate) and well-developed cycle paths. Furthermore, there are shopping facilities close at hand and Pure Gym in the back garden. A renovation is on its way – read more about the master plan under the menu item "Our building projects". The estate was built in 1975.
