Lovely apartment with 1 room

Welcome to Dagmar Kollegiet - your youth housing Dagmar Kollegiet is for those under 28 years of age and in education. Our mission is clear: We aim to create a place where young people in education from Ribe and the surrounding area can live in a youth residence that allows them to flourish while providing space for reflection in safe and community-promoting environments. In the dormitory, you will find a total of 30 youth or student apartments. 26 of them are 1-room apartments, and the remaining 4 are 2-room apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and 2 hotplates. The apartments are located on Hegelundsvej in the Tange area, centrally in the town of Ribe. Ribe is a charming old cultural town with a cozy shopping and café environment. Additionally, the department is well placed near the old seminary, close to public transportation, shopping opportunities, and good sports facilities. Note that the pictures are not necessarily of the available apartment. They are examples from the dormitory. Maintenance The property caretaker maintains the green areas and cleans corridors and stairs, etc. He also takes care of minor repairs in the apartments. When you move in, the apartment is freshly painted. There is also an inspector responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the building.
