5-room apartment of 153 m² for rent in Risskov – Engsøvej, 4th floor

Shareable student flats, large family homes and low-maintenance senior flats The properties offer flats from 1 to 5 rooms with plenty of space for everyday life. What all the housing types have in common is a lovely choice of materials, underfloor heating, modern kitchens and bathrooms, and access to a private balcony or terrace. A few flats also have access to a private or shared roof terrace. Architecture with special attention to detail A lot of care has gone into making the architecture of the properties varied and exciting to explore. The properties consist of staggered buildings, which both give the architecture a lively expression and create shelter on the balconies and in the green courtyard. Move closer to the brickwork and you will notice the varying pattern of the bricks on the facades and around the entrances. It is precisely the small, soft-toned brick details that make the properties something special in the landscape. The architectural detailing gives them an overall feeling of exclusivity and fine craftsmanship. As in the historical masonry of the past, where great pains were taken with the craft, the facades acquire a unique play of patterns combined with a modern twist. The properties' slightly raised roofs are covered in dark slate, and solar collectors have been installed that produce electricity for the shared areas.
