A new beginning with local roots The name is chosen as a tribute to a former furniture store that stood on the site. On this area generations traded furniture with care and quality – now the area starts a new chapter, where the familiar shopping square is being transformed into a green and vibrant residential neighbourhood. The development is designed as a classic block structure with apartments from 1 to 5 rooms as well as a distinctive corner building that contains parking and 2-room apartments and a courtyard environment on the rooftop level. On the ground floor a grocery store, speciality shops and/or restaurants create life and proximity to everyday needs, while the homes on the upper floors benefit from views and daylight from large windows. The corner building – function and aesthetics in harmony At the corner of Nordre Ringvej and Stadionvej lies the parking structure with a facade in reddish-brown materials and integrated planters, which will become a new eye-catcher in the cityscape. On top of the parking structure are 2-room apartments which together form a framework for a shared courtyard environment with green elements and variety that enhances both the visual experience and biodiversity. The apartments – designed with an eye for detail The apartments are designed with open floor plans and well-considered details that create a homely atmosphere.
