Homes with room for both community and privacy. Six buildings surround a shared courtyard. Most have 12 homes, while Building B also includes a large common room. The homes have 2–4 rooms. Building B has a multipurpose room, a kitchen/dining area and a communal laundry room. There is space for activities, gatherings and meeting other residents. All homes have their own balcony or patio. They are being built with a focus on environmentally friendly materials and a healthy indoor climate. Parking spaces are available to rent.
