The Apartment and Facilities • The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, two cooktops and an extractor fan. • The building has an elevator and high-speed internet. Internet access in the apartment must be ordered and paid for separately by the tenant. • The apartment includes a storage room, as well as access to a shared kitchen with freezers, study rooms, a shared laundry room for a fee, and indoor bicycle parking. • The building has a large shared courtyard and green communal areas. No private balcony, terrace or garden has been specified for the apartment. • Children and pets are not allowed. • Furniture packages are available while stocks last. A small package costs DKK 3,000 or DKK 750 per month, and a large package costs DKK 5,000 or DKK 1,250 per month. Rental Terms • Upon moving in, tenants must pay a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent, one month’s rent in advance and the first month’s rent. • There is no minimum lease term. The notice period is the current month plus three months. • The monthly on-account payment covers water, heating and electricity.
