In beautiful condition, everything perfect. Large living room, large balcony, large kitchen, large bathroom. Maximum half an hour to the center, depending on whether the bus is 100 meters away, the train is a 5-minute walk, or by car. A quarter to twenty minutes to the center depending on traffic. Unfortunately I can rent out for at most 1 year, or less. I only require two months' notice, honesty and respect for my apartment, and of course good conduct toward neighbors, etc. Best regards, Carsten Nielsen.
