The first month is free. The home has a private terrace. The KobberEngen neighbourhood is located in Brøndbyvester, close to Glostrup, and ideally situated for transport, shopping, childcare, sports activities, fitness centres, and nature and cultural experiences. • Glostrup Shopping Centre is approximately 1.5 km away. • Hovedvejen in Glostrup, with shops, restaurants, a cinema and shopping options, is approximately 1.5 km away. • Brøndby Strandpark is approximately 6 km away and offers 7 km of beach, clean bathing water, winter swimming and opportunities for stand-up paddleboarding. • There are several sports and leisure activities in the area, including swimming, football, handball, tennis, gymnastics, sailing and chess. • Brøndbyskoven, Bakkeskoven and Vestskoven are nearby and offer great opportunities for outdoor activities and nature experiences. • There are good childcare facilities and schools in the local area. One small pet may be permitted by prior agreement and approval. A parking space in the parking garage can be rented for DKK 300/month. The tenant must not be registered with RKI.
