The community consists of 34 rental homes in various sizes, including apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. The homes are compact, well-designed urban dwellings with a surprising sense of spaciousness. The home is designed around the needs you have when, after a long and full life, you choose to live in less space. All homes have built-in wardrobes and good rooms with space for furniture. Unnecessary corridor areas have been saved, so you get as much home value as possible for your rent. Every home comes with its own basement storage room. There is also the option to rent a parking space in the basement. The property houses homes for tenants over 50, family homes and youth homes. The idea is to create a courtyard community for people of all ages, with shared meeting places, and where you are open to mixing with the other residents. The courtyard is green and laid out with a focus on biodiversity. The homes for tenants over 50 share the same entrance stairwell and are connected by an open gallery walkway. In the community, you share everyday life and the goal of living a more sustainable life. You can eat together, pursue interests together and get your hands dirty together.
