All homes are single-storey terraced houses with a garden, terrace, shed and parking space. Fælledvej is centrally located in town on a cul-de-sac, with a footpath to the town centre and bus service. There are lovely open spaces and fine views of the surrounding countryside. The homes have a stove and extractor hood. KAAS At Gammelgårdsvej, there are 7 family homes and 3 youth homes built in 1989. All homes are single-storey terraced houses with a garden, shed and parking space. The homes have a stove and extractor hood. The department is connected to a communal antenna system. BLOKHUS There are several different properties in Blokhus: At Clemmi Falk Vej, there are 4 family homes built in 1989. All the homes are single-storey terraced houses joined to a glass pavilion. The homes have a garden and shed, and are equipped with a stove and a kitchen island with an extractor hood. They are centrally located in Blokhus, close to shops and bus services. At Møllevej, there are 8 senior homes in a central location. There is parking by the development, and each house has its own storage shed and an enclosed courtyard garden. The homes are rented through Jammerbugt Municipality. At Kirkevej in Blokhus (Hune), there are 12 bright, spacious and modern family homes, beautifully situated on a corner in the centre of Hune. They are also close to shops, green spaces, the sea and the beach. There are also 6 senior-friendly homes on the ground floor, although they are not suitable for wheelchair users. The ground-floor homes have an exit to a small garden. The first-floor homes have a spacious balcony. The first-floor homes are accessed via a staircase connected to an access balcony. All homes have a large, open-plan kitchen-dining area and living room, an entrance hall with closet space, two rooms and a bathroom. All rental homes have a fridge-freezer, and it is possible to install your own dishwasher, washing machine and condenser dryer in the home. All homes have their own storage room. Small dogs are allowed at Kirkevej. PANDRUP At Klostergade and Simonivej, there are a total of 40 family homes and 7 youth homes spread over two floors. All homes come with a parking space and a shed/basement storage room, and are connected to a communal antenna system. Simonivej 15-43 was built in 1991-92. The bathroom walls are painted, with tiles only in the shower area and around the sink. There is underfloor heating, a stove and an extractor hood, but no refrigerator. Simonivej 45-51 and 33-35, as well as Klostergade 9-11, were built in 1989-90. These homes have bathroom tiles but no underfloor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be installed in the bathroom. There is a stove and extractor hood, and the kitchen is prepared for the installation of a dishwasher.
