The former Holms Hotel in Nexø was converted into 22 modern family homes in 2004, which are also suitable for older residents. There are schools and kindergartens in town. The development is located in the centre and is surrounded by Nexø’s lively shopping district, with the harbour just a few hundred metres away. The apartments are fitted with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic-glass hob and an extractor hood upon occupancy. Each home comes with a storage room. One dog or one cat is permitted.
