Lovely apartment

Engparken is located close to town and has both 1-room youth apartments and 2-, 3- and 4-room family apartments, set in lovely green surroundings. Most units have either a private balcony or a shared balcony overlooking the children's playground, which is the focal point of the communal areas. The yellow building was constructed in 1994 and has private balconies (except for the youth apartments), but no elevator. As a general rule, the apartments are not pre-fitted for a dishwasher or tumble dryer, but it is possible to install them. The red building was constructed in 2005 and has an elevator as well as a shared balcony connected to the access gallery. It is pre-fitted for a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom, and for a dishwasher in the kitchen. Each apartment has its own storage room. There is a laundry room in the complex. Up to 2 pets are allowed per unit. The apartments are close to shops, the hospital, the pedestrianised shopping street, schools and childcare facilities. There are plenty of parking spaces for you and your guests, and bus services to and from the area are also good. The residents' house has room for 50 people. Pets: 2 pets (dog or cat) allowed.
