The development consists of 224 apartments and 41 terraced houses and is located in the eastern part of Herning, directly opposite HerningCentret, with its many shopping opportunities, and within walking distance of Herning city centre. All apartments have a balcony and a basement storage room, and each terraced house has a garden. The development has garages, carports and parking spaces, which are rented out by the development’s caretaker. There is a laundry room and a function room in the development. Electricity, water and heating are charged separately from the rent. Pets are not allowed in the apartment buildings. With a written application, one pet is allowed in the terraced houses.
