Lovely apartment

Engparken is close to town and offers both 1-room youth apartments and 2-, 3- and 4-room family homes, set amid lovely green spaces. Most homes have either a private balcony or a shared balcony overlooking the children’s playground, which is the centrepiece of the communal areas. The yellow building was constructed in 1994 and has private balconies (except for the youth apartments), but no elevator. The homes are generally not fitted for a dishwasher or tumble dryer, but it is possible to install them. The red building was constructed in 2005 and has an elevator as well as a shared balcony connected to the access corridor. It is fitted for a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Each home comes with a storage room. There is a shared laundry room in the complex. Up to 2 pets are allowed per tenancy. The homes are close to shops, the hospital, the pedestrian street, schools and childcare facilities. There is plenty of parking for you and your guests, and bus connections to and from the area are also good. The residents’ house in the complex can accommodate 50 people. Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed.
