Charming villa with sea views near Dyrehaven

Front-row location on the Øresund, with a private bathing jetty and woodland just behind the house. Copenhagen is also within easy reach. This characterful villa is available to rent in a special location in Skodsborg. Here, you can live close to both nature and city life, wake up to views of the Øresund and walk down to the bathing jetty for a morning dip. On the other side of the house are Dyrehaven and Jægersborg Hegn, with abundant wildlife and kilometres of woodland trails. A home with the sea as its backdrop The villa has 142 m² of living space across seven rooms and two bathrooms, as well as 136 m² of additional space on the first floor and in the basement. On the ground floor, you’ll find bright living areas with a warm, authentic atmosphere. The spacious living room is the natural gathering place of the house, with herringbone parquet flooring, a fireplace and large windows facing the Øresund. Here, the sea becomes part of everyday life. The living room flows naturally into the dining room, and several of the living areas have direct access to the terraces and the large garden. Upstairs, several rooms sit beneath the sloping ceilings, with access to balconies. From the balcony facing the water, there are unobstructed panoramic views across the Øresund. The villa is an older property with charm and character—not a newly built, sleek home. Its atmosphere and location are truly special. A garden between woodland and sea The large, green garden offers space for family life, play, relaxation and summer dinners under the open sky. Facing the Øresund, the garden opens towards the water and the private bathing jetty. Mature trees and planting also create private, atmospheric outdoor spaces. Several terraces around the house make it possible to follow the sun and enjoy outdoor living from morning to evening. Here, privacy, a large garden, woodland, wildlife, sea views and direct access to the Øresund come together. Skodsborg – nature right on your doorstep The location between the Øresund and Dyrehaven/Jægersborg Hegn is hard to match. Go for a swim from the bathing jetty, take a walk or run in the woods, watch the seasons change and spot wildlife from the garden, or simply enjoy the peace and views across the water. Copenhagen is also within comfortable reach. A rarely available rental home for those looking for more than just a house, and seeking nature, sea, space and quality of life in exceptional surroundings. Pets are permitted by agreement. Furnishings are available for an additional fee. Please note that the furniture shown in the photos has been added virtually using AI.
