The cohousing community is located at the top of Grejsdalen, with schools, childcare facilities, shops and beautiful nature within walking distance. The rental homes range from 89–125 sqm and all have their own garden and terrace. Each home also includes a storage room. The homes range from functional and manageable residences to larger family homes with space for everyday life, a home office and guests. They are built with great attention to detail and feature open ceilings, abundant natural light and underfloor heating. Large windows create a natural connection between indoor and outdoor living, while the materials and architecture support an exclusive and tranquil atmosphere. The homes are built in three clusters, with green communal areas featuring perennial beds and raised garden beds laid out between the houses. There is room for play, quiet reflection and social activities in beautiful surroundings. More than just a home In addition to the rental homes, a large community house is being built with a professional commercial kitchen, dining hall, library and club room, which can also be used as a home office. The community house also includes a separate guest residence for residents’ overnight guests. The guest residence can likewise be used as a home office. In addition, there is a heated workshop and an orangery where gardening enthusiasts can let their green fingers flourish. Adjacent to the community house, a large communal terrace with an outdoor kitchen and built-in pizza oven is being built, inviting residents to enjoy long summer evenings under the open sky.
