Architect-designed terraced houses for rent in Augustenborg

NB: The photos may show a different type of apartment. 68 terraced houses with 2-5 rooms in Augustenborg, preserving the existing qualities, including curved shower niches in the bathrooms and high ceilings. The homes have district heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, light floors and a quality kitchen with major appliances. All have their own terrace facing the courtyard, storage room in the basement, locked bicycle parking and the option to park a car. There is a shared gym in the basement, workshops, a community house for events and shared meals, and guest rooms that can be rented. The town is close to water, forest, a golf course and Sønderborg. Augustenborg is a small local community with 3,000 residents, and you can walk down to the fjord in 5 minutes. The nearest neighbours are an international gallery and Augustenborg Palace.
