General-purpose terraced houses with terrace or garden

The department consists of 124 terraced houses distributed across the towns of Jebjerg, Breum, Selde, Durup, Glyngøre, and on Fur. The homes were primarily built in the 1980s and all have a terrace or garden. In 2024, the homes on Præstemarken and Sdr. Allé in Breum, on Nr. Allé in Jebjerg, as well as Tingagervej 1–7 and 34–40 on Fur, were completely renovated internally. Each apartment is connected to fiber broadband, so agreements for TV, internet, etc. can be made directly with various providers. The housing association has 3 guest rooms and a function room in the town of Skive, which all residents can rent. Practical information: Pets: Keeping 1 dog or 1 cat is permitted – see the house rules for more information about each individual development. Parking: There are 2 carports available for rent via a waiting list. Washing machine: Installing a washing machine and tumble dryer is possible.
