The youth housing units are located on Kastanievænget, Huginsvej and Gefionsvej. In 2017/2018, all homes were fitted with new kitchen and bathroom fixtures and new flooring. There are communal rooms at all addresses. The homes on Huginsvej have their own solar panel systems, and the electricity they generate helps cover the electricity consumption in each home. Each apartment has its own fibre-optic connection, providing internet access at a very favourable price. The homes are also connected to an external fibre-optic network, so agreements for TV, internet and other services can be made directly with various providers. The exterior windows of all homes are cleaned four times a year. The housing association has three guest rooms and a function room elsewhere in Skive, which all residents can rent. Practical information: Pets: Gefionsvej – one dog or one cat is permitted. Huginsvej – one cat is permitted. Kastanievænget – one indoor cat is permitted.
