Social housing of 102 m²

This section consists of apartments, terraced houses and detached houses, spread across most of Otterup town. The older, characteristic LAB houses have in recent years been modernized and several of the dwellings have had their kitchen and/or bathroom replaced. The housing department also includes what used to be called "De gamles hjem", which in 2003 was converted into well-appointed apartments. In 2023 the section was expanded with an additional 10 newly built terraced houses and an associated community house located between Bøgevej and Bøgeparken.
