Ringparken is located in the western part of town, with good connections to the town’s ring roads and close to shops and Skive city centre. The development consists of 10 three-storey apartment blocks, built in the 1940s and renovated over the years. Most recently, renovations were carried out in 2006/2007, including new kitchens and bathrooms. All apartments have a large, open balcony.
