5-room townhouse of 140 m² for rent in Agedrup – Avenamarken

In the lovely town of Agedrup on Funen, brand-new 5-room terraced houses of 140 m² are available for rent. In addition, there is a lovely garden with a wonderful orangery/winter garden and a good tool/storage shed. There is a power outlet in both the orangery and the tool shed. The house has zoned, remote-controlled underfloor heating throughout and is built with quality materials, such as a kitchen and cupboards from HTH. The ground floor includes a guest toilet, storage space under the stairs, a large kitchen/family room and living room, as well as one bedroom. The first floor comprises 3 large bedrooms, one of which has a lovely walk-in closet, as well as a large bathroom. The house comes with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and extractor hood, but the tenant must provide their own dishwasher, washing machine and (condenser) tumble dryer (preferably a washer-dryer combination). All sockets are ready for installation. There is free parking on the property and the option to charge an electric car at our shared electric charging stations on the property. The property has a large green area with a playground and football goals. The rent is stated excluding utilities (electricity and heating), which are settled directly with the utility companies according to the meters. The water advance payment is DKK 600. Minimum rental period of 1 year. Any pets must be approved and will result in an additional 1 month's rent being charged in advance. South of the property is H. C. Andersen's forest, where there are ample opportunities to enjoy the beautiful nature. It is also possible to walk your dog in the dog forest. We are flexible regarding the move-in date. If you need help with the deposit, we currently offer the option of paying DKK 1,000 per month until an amount equivalent to a 3-month deposit has been paid. Please contact us for more information.
