Apartment layout The apartments have different floor plans. Some have a small entrance hall, while in others you enter directly into the kitchen-living area. The bathroom is functionally designed with a separate shower cubicle and a laundry column with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Depending on the size of the apartment, there are 1–3 separate rooms in addition to the kitchen-living area. Almost all rental units have a storage room, while the storage rooms for eight apartments are located outside the rental units. All ground-floor apartments have their own terrace surrounded by a small hedge. Apartments on the first floor and above have a balcony. Appliances All apartments have the necessary appliances, as well as a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Pets It is possible to apply for permission to keep an indoor cat and a dog at the property. Outdoor cats are not permitted. Parking There are a total of 129 parking spaces. Of these, 41 are located in the parking garage, while the remaining 88 are at ground level. Several of the spaces are disabled parking spaces or reserved for electric and hybrid cars. Elevator All buildings with more than two floors have an elevator. Buildings numbered 6, 8 and 11 therefore do not have elevators, while the other buildings do. Shared outdoor areas The buildings form the setting for a lovely area with cosy seating areas, space for play and opportunities for various activities and ball games. Between the apartments, there are paths and seating areas with trees, tall grasses, as well as wild and flowering plants that support biodiversity. Along the main path through the area, there is a strip of fieldstone that forms part of an aesthetically pleasing local stormwater management solution for collecting rainwater. A playground serves as a meeting point for the area's children. There is bicycle parking in all three courtyard areas.
