Layout of the residence The apartments are available in four different layouts. You will have either one or two separate rooms, as well as a spacious kitchen-dining area in an open-plan connection with the living room. The bathroom has a washer-dryer tower and a separate shower enclosure. All residences have either a private balcony or terrace, and several offer views of Gudsø Vig and Kolding Fjord.
