Fully furnished with Danish mid century design for ONE (CPR- registeret) woman or non-binary only, preferably intending to stay a year or longer. (Though notice is one month for the tennant as well as for the host). The shared bathroom is the only cohabitated area as your host is quite private but harmless and not unfriendly. The tea kitchen includes a full size combi oven ( that also warms, fries and boils), small fridge, dishwasher, food processor, electric kettle, toaster, analog kitchen utensils, bowls and oven pans, trash sorting system as well as hot and cold water - but NO stove. All bed-, bath-, kitchen- and table linnens as well as Scandinavian mid century cutlery, glass, porcelain and serving bowls/plates for six persons included as well- with the possibility to seat six (slender) persons when you fold out your work station to a minuscule but elegant dinner table. Situated in Copenhagen at the lively inner borough of Nørrebro (your room in a fourth floor apartment facing N/E to the court yard with a big tree outside your window) a certain amount of noise from the neighbourhood as well as from the neighbourhood is to be expected. Metro Nørrebros Runddel, busses to DTU, city center, Frederiksberg and Østerbro, parks, cafés, supermarkeds, gym, cinema and night club all five minutes away. NB: Due to the many functions arranged into a small space, the room will need a thorough airing while you are out for the day - and some consideration to trash sorting and cleaning.
