Methodology
The dataset includes active, public and non-internal apartment listings on Bolighub. Deleted, inactive and hidden listings are excluded. Area comparisons use the same filters.
Median rent and size use listings with valid values. The typical rent range is the 10th–90th percentile, which reduces the effect of unusual outliers. Rent per square metre is calculated for listings with both valid rent and size.
The report describes advertised homes, not signed leases or the entire rental stock. Availability and medians change as listings are added and removed, so figures should be cited together with the update date.
